Orchestrating Conductor Excellence

Under the motto ‘Orchestrating Conductor Excellence‘, Blue Danube Musikimpresario offers the following services to conductors interested in further advancing their professional career:

  • Opera and orchestral conducting masterclasses with professional institutions, culminating in public performances
  • rehearsal projects, with or without coaching and with a top Central or Eastern European Orchestra. Select your repertoire and size of orchestra and get a professional level video and audio recording
  • operatic and orchestral conducting placements in Central and Eastern Europe.

Our conducting masterclasses / workshops are influenced by the pedagogy used by Maestro JORMA PANULA, the eminent conductor, composer, and “Maestro of Maestros” from Finland. Panula gently guides his students in an unobtrusive yet psychologically profound way, helping them develop greater authoritativeness and command.

Participants are generally not interrupted during rehearsals; afterward, however, their work is reviewed, discussed, and analyzed using videotape, in a constructive and supportive manner. All of our conducting masterclasses / workshops feature this methodology, irrespective of the coach or coaches.
